Membership subscriptions are confirmed by a Trustee first, so nothing is ever taken by surprise.
Ways to pay
Four ways to set up your subscription
Standing order from your bank — our preferred method, because it costs the charity nothing
Card payment through our secure donation partner, choosing the membership amount
Cheque made payable to Duet Health Foundation and posted to our registered office
Through your employer's payroll giving scheme, where one is offered
Cheques and post go to Duet Health Foundation, Terminal Building, Blackbushe Airport, Camberley GU17 9LQ.
Renewals, changes and refunds
Subscriptions run for a year from the date a Trustee confirms your membership, and we email you before each renewal. You can change level, pause or cancel at any time by emailing us. If you cancel within fourteen days of paying, we refund you in full.
Gift Aid and tax
Membership subscriptions can often be treated as donations for Gift Aid, which adds 25p to every pound at no cost to you. We will send you a short declaration to sign if you are eligible. If you pay higher-rate tax you may be able to claim the difference through your self-assessment return.
